Product Release: We are pleased to announce we now sharpen & sell SOLID TUNGSTEN CARBIDE PCB WIRE CUTTER - hard metal disk (used on printed circuit boards or similar) lead wire cutter slitter blades in Tungsten Material Grade GTi10. These are extremely resilient and hard wearing for high speed cutting. The introduction of technology which specialises in the production of cemented carbide cutting slitters for printed circuit boards and similar are now available, these knives are widely used in the electronics industry, printing plate, electron electrical wire soldering head cutting machines sizes avail 200 OD, id(1)- 70.0mm, id(2) -78.00mm, Thicknesses 2.3mm & 3.5mm - face cutting angle 18 deg.
Product Release
"BTS" have recently redesigned & revolutionized our TCT Aluminium cutting blade range - after numerous complaints from customers regarding blade "CUTTING NOISE" we now produce our own range of "LOW NOISE" blades. We produce 300 and 350mm dia 100 tooth and shortly to be released our 400mm dia 120 tooth blade. The comments to date are extremely favourable - we have been able to reduce blade cutting noise by at least 70%.. (facts based on customers comments) We are only too pleased to demonstrate the difference to you.
We have released our redesigned "BTS" dynamically balanced 300mm x 96 tooth blade 35 degree HiTop angle blade - especially for Melamine & Formica & MDF. The comments from our customers are great as this type of blade eliminates the need for a pre-scriber - Call for details.
Please note: "BTS" blades are "manufactured" in NZ we do this to retain extremely high & vigorous quality standards at very competitive pricing.
